Francine Dubois President & CEO and Chairman of the Board
Francine has been the President & CEO of iDcentrix since its inception. She has been in the card industry since 1998, with a focus on smart cards and has shared her expertise as a speaker at industry conferences or as the author of articles.
With more than 20 years of marketing, communications, management, and business development in the card and software industries, she was ready to tackle the challenge of building a new company.
Before joining iDcentrix, Francine was VP of Marketing, Financial Cards & Services at Oberthur Card Systems, overseeing strategic marketing in the Americas; managing global partnerships with Visa and MasterCard and providing direction for the development of contactless card products. Prior to that, she served as General Manager at ASD Software Inc., a security software publisher. She started her career as International Affairs Manager at Idessys, a CAD-CAM software publisher in France.
Francine served on the Board of the Smart Card Alliance, where she was also the Treasurer of the Executive Committee and Co-Chair of the Contactless Payment Council. She was actively involved in the launch of the council, the publication of various documents educating on the benefits of contactless technology in the payment world.
She holds an MA in Translation and Interpretation from ISIT in Paris, France.

Paul R. Gifford Member of the Audit Committee
Paul is a proven leader with over 30 years of experience in growing and developing high technology companies. Most recently, he was the founder, CEO/President, and director for 4HomeMedia, Inc. From 2001 to 2005, Paul served as the President and COO at Digimarc Corp. (NASDAC: DMRC), where he managed the development and deployment of a worldwide counterfeit deterrence application, grew revenues by nearly tenfold, and led the transformation of this digital watermarking pioneer into a global market leader for the development and issuance of highly secure ID documents. Prior to Digimarc, Paul was the President/COO and a director at Andromedia Inc., which was acquired by Macromedia, Inc. in a significant equity transaction in late 1999.
Prior to Andromedia, Paul was the VP for Engineering and Marketing at NAS systems pioneer Auspex Systems Inc., and before that he served in a variety of senior roles at Sequent Computer Systems, Inc.
Paul has previously served on the board of the International Imaging Industry (i3A) association, on the Oregon Advanced Computing Institute’s technical advisory board, as an executive member of the Oregon Chapter of the American Electronics Association, and as director for the Oregon Multimedia Alliance. Paul received his BSEE and MSEE degrees from the Rochester Institute for Technology, and has an Executive MBA from Stanford University.

Michael S. Harris Member of the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee
Michael has more than 30 years of legal experience, most significantly in the information and financial industries, during periods of major corporate expansion. For more than 13 years, Michael supervised and managed all legal services at The Thomson Corporation (now known as Thomson Reuters Corp. NYSE:TRI), where he was first VP, then the Senior VP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. At Thomson, Michael was responsible for negotiating and completing hundreds of tactical and strategic acquisitions. Since retiring from that role, he has provided legal assistance to Reuters plc, British Telecom plc, has consulted for Apax Partners and for NYFIX, Inc., a publicly-traded company in which Warburg Pincus is an investor. He was also the Executive VP, General Counsel, Secretary and co-founder of Debt Resolve, Inc., until 2005. Prior to The Thomson Corporation, Michael managed all legal services for United Merchants and Manufacturers, and served as a Corporate Counsel at IPCO Corporation,
both NYSE-listed companies. Michael started his legal career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
Michael engages in many other professional activities. He is on the Commercial Panel of Arbitrators at the American Arbitration Association and was on the panel of the New York Stock Exchange. In addition to co-authoring Successful Partnering Between Inside and Outside Counsel (2001:ABA), Michael served on the President’s Council of the Northern Westchester Hospital Center and has been affiliated with the Jacob Burns Film Center. He received a BA degree from New York University with honors and a JD degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 1974, and is a member of the New York and Connecticut Bars.

Bruce Morris Member of the Compensation Committee
Bruce has more than 25 years of expertise in management, strategic planning, sales, and business development.
He is currently the COO of Louise Blouin Media, where he is responsible for the day to day growth and profitability of their print, online and database media assets.
Prior to LBM he was the SVP and General Manager of Jupiter Online Media, where he oversaw their four networks as well as their events business. Many of his demonstrated accomplishments in online, print and live event product development and international business stem from his 14 years at Thomson Financial/Source Media. Bruce joined Thomson in 1992 as EVP of Securities Data Publishing and was named its President/CEO in 1995. When he left Thomson in 2006, he was the President of its SourceMedia Banking Group. Prior to Thomson, Bruce worked first for Lebhar Friedman as Director Retail Promotions and later as an Advertising Sales Representative. In 1985, he moved to Fairchild Publications, where he held the positions of National Sales Manager, Ad Director and Publisher. In 1990, Bruce was brought on board as VP/Group Publisher of Financial Services Week and Securities Traders Monthly at Investment Dealers Digest, Inc.
Bruce received his BS in marketing from Pennsylvania State University in 1979.
